Physical commodities,
moved with discipline.

A trading house in Dubai, trading as principal since 2012 and always looking at the next frontier.

What we trade

Five desks, one standard.

Each desk is run by people who know its market. All of them trade to the same terms, the same screening and the same standard of delivery.

All desks

How we work

We go, we agree terms, we finance what we agree.

We travel to the producer and to the buyer. Most of what matters in a physical trade is settled in person: the specification, the loading window, who pays for what at the port.

We quote a firm price and a firm date, in writing. Then we take title, finance the cargo, charter the vessel or the trucks, inspect at load and discharge, and carry the risk until it is delivered.

The hard part of a physical trade is rarely the price. It is the logistics and the financing: several legs and borders, cargo that needs careful handling, a payment structure both sides can live with. That is the work we are built for.

The house has traded this way since 2012. The markets have changed; the method has not.

How we trade

Why we exist

If we cannot create value, we have no place in the trade.

A trading house earns its place between producer and client only by making the trade better for both of them. That was the conviction of our founder, the late Mr T. Hairan, and it is still how the house works.

Every counterparty is screened before we talk price.

Know-your-customer and beneficial-owner checks, sanctions screening against the UN, EU, UK and OFAC lists, and credit assessment, on every counterparty and before each shipment. We will decline a cargo we cannot check.
